Namwah Mali-Ong bananas from Sukhothai, Thailand, are renowned for their delicious taste, mellow sweetness, and enticing aroma. These nutrient-dense bananas have a smooth texture, soft core, and thin peel.

We carefully select the best bananas from Sukhothai to create our ANNA fried chips and sticks. Sliced into thin pieces and deep-fried in vegetable oil, they become crispy, flavorful, and creamy.

We use high-quality crude palm kernel oil for its coconut-like taste and scent. Our frying process ensures strict quality control, with TPC levels kept below 25% to maintain freshness and prevent carcinogen formation.
