Thai people have a long-standing knowledge of food preservation methods, passed down through local communities. Fishermen sell some fish fresh and ferment others to make fish sauce and fish paste.
During the rainy season, there is an excess of fish that cannot all be sold. Grilling and sun-drying fish are popular methods practiced continuously. Modern tools and equipment have been developed over time to improve product quality.
At our fish grilling facility, we source raw materials from two main sources:
We emphasize and are conscious of product quality and safety according to international quality standards. This involves quality control at every step of the production process, starting from the selection of fresh and high-quality raw materials from fish farms that have received GAP certification. The management of fish farms is carried out by the Department of Fisheries, ensuring that the products are delivered to customers with the highest standards.
Finding fish for consumption from natural water sources may not be easy, but our fish grilling facility is able to carefully select high-quality raw materials. Being located close to natural water sources allows us to produce various smoked fish products that maintain their freshness and quality throughout different seasons.
